About the Role

As a Growth Agent, you are the engine of ERPLI's expansion and the champion of our mission. You will be responsible for connecting with educational institutions, understanding their unique challenges, and demonstrating how our platform can foster a better learning environment. This is a dynamic role for a natural communicator who is passionate about education and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in schools and coaching centers.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the educational landscape to position ERPLI effectively.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role, preferably in EdTech or SaaS.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
