React Engineer

About the Role

As a React Engineer at ERPLI, you will be a cornerstone of our product development. You will take ownership of our front-end architecture, building beautiful, responsive, and highly performant user interfaces. Your work will directly shape the experience for thousands of students, teachers, and parents, making complex data intuitive and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy new user-facing features using React.js.
  • Translate complex designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable code.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of devices and browsers.
  • Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a React Engineer or similar role (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), CSS, and HTML.
  • In-depth knowledge of React and its core principles (Hooks, Context API).
  • Experience with popular React state management libraries (like Redux, Zustand, or MobX).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines.
  • A keen eye for design, detail, and user experience.
