Yes. Google charges a one-time fee of $25 (approx ₹2,100) to open a Developer Account. This ensures the app lists your name as the developer, not ours. We will guide you through the setup process.

Our premium plans come with Unlimited Storage subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). As long as you are using the storage for legitimate educational courses and not hosting movies or personal backups, you will never run out of space.
Yes! If you want to save bandwidth or keep costs low, you can embed Unlisted YouTube videos or Vimeo links. Our player removes ads and recommendations to keep students focused.
In the Mobile App, we offer a secure "Offline Download" feature. The video is saved inside the app and encrypted, so it cannot be shared on Telegram or WhatsApp. On the website, downloading is disabled by default.
No. Fast, secure cloud hosting is included in your subscription. You do not need to pay extra for AWS, GoDaddy, or Hostinger servers.
Yes. If you own a domain (e.g., www.myacademy.com), you can connect it to ERPLI in one click. We also provide a free SSL certificate (HTTPS) automatically.
We have a strict No Refund Policy. Since we are a SaaS platform, server resources and cloud storage are allocated to your account immediately upon signup.
For "One-Time" services like App Building or Custom Development, fees are non-refundable once the development process has started.
ERPLI charges 0% commission on your course sales. However, the Payment Gateway (Razorpay/Stripe) typically charges ~2% per transaction. This fee goes directly to the bank, not us.
Yes. While we specialize in education, our "Custom Solutions" team can build React/Node.js apps for any industry, including Real Estate, eCommerce, or internal business tools.
Yes. For custom projects, we offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to handle server updates, security patches, and minor bug fixes so you don't need to hire an in-house developer.
