Billing & Refund Policy

For Educators (Platform Subscriptions)

We strive to provide enterprise-grade infrastructure to all our partners. As such, our billing policy is structured as follows:

• Infrastructure Allocation: Upon activating a plan, ERPLI immediately incurs costs to provision your dedicated database and cloud storage. Due to these irreversible digital costs, we do not offer a money-back guarantee.
• Commitment Period: Annual plans are designed as a 12-month commitment to ensure continuity for your students. We are unable to pause subscriptions or issue partial credits for unused months.

For Students (Course Purchases)

If you are a student purchasing content from an academy powered by ERPLI, please be advised:

• Direct Relationship: ERPLI acts solely as the technology facilitator. Your financial transaction and agreement are directly with the Institute or Educator.
• Dispute Resolution: Please direct all refund requests or disputes to your specific Institute's administration. ERPLI does not have the authorization to reverse transactions on behalf of an educator.

Cancellation & Data Retention

We believe in giving you control over your data, even if you choose to leave.

• Non-Renewal: You may disable auto-renewal at any time. This ensures you will not be charged for the subsequent year, though your current plan will remain active until its expiration date.
• Data Export: You retain full access to your student data until your plan expires. We strongly recommend exporting your records prior to the expiration date, as we cannot guarantee data retention for inactive accounts.
