ERPLI provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables educators to create online academies, host content, and manage students. We provide the technical infrastructure, but we are not the creators of the educational content hosted by our users.
To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Your Intellectual Property: You retain all rights and ownership of the content (videos, PDFs, images) you upload to ERPLI. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide.
Student Data: You own your student database. ERPLI acts as a data processor and will not sell or market to your students directly.

Platform fees (e.g., annual subscriptions) are billed in advance. ERPLI does not charge a commission on your course sales unless otherwise specified in a specific partnership agreement.
ERPLI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including data loss or service interruptions, though we strive for 99.9% uptime.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
