This Cookie Policy explains how ERPLI ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels) on erpli.com. It should be read together with ourPrivacy Policy. It is written to meet the EU/UK GDPR and ePrivacy rules and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

In short:

Only strictly necessary cookies run by default. Analytics, preference and marketing cookies are used only if you say yes, and you can change your mind at any time usingCookie settings.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels work in the same way, and this policy covers them too.

Third-party tools load through Google Tag Manager, which follows Google Consent Mode v2. Until you consent, Google tags run in a limited, cookieless mode and set no analytics or advertising cookies.

4. Managing your consent

When you first visit, you can choose Accept all, Reject all or Customise. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change or withdraw consent at any time withCookie settings, also linked in the footer of every page. We ask again every 6 months and whenever this policy changes. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may then stop working.

5. Record of consent

To show that we have your consent, we store an anonymous record: a random ID, your choices, the policy version, the page, your browser type and the date. It doesn't include your name, email or IP address. We keep these records for up to 3 years.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the DPDP Act you may access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority or the Data Protection Board of India. To use these rights, email[email protected] (our Grievance Officer contact).

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the version number above and ask for your consent again.
