Welcome to ERPLI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website erpli.com (the "Service") operated by ERPLI ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts & Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content (videos, PDFs, images, text) that you upload to ERPLI. We do not claim ownership of your educational material.

License to Us: By uploading content, you grant ERPLI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for transcoding), and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your students.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Host pirated movies, software, or content you do not own the rights to.
• Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) or use the platform for phishing.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the integrity of our servers.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these policies without prior notice.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., yearly).

• Fees: Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our specific Refund Policy.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service at any time. Any price changes will take effect following email notice to you.

5. App & Play Store Policy

If you purchase our Mobile App service, you acknowledge that approval on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store is subject to their respective policies.

ERPLI is not responsible for rejections caused by your specific content or business model. We will make reasonable efforts to help you comply, but final approval rests with Google/Apple.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ERPLI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
